Truss Fabrication · Roof Construction · Nassau, Bahamas
From press to peak.
Overtime is the only local truss company that fabricates its own trusses and installs them — then finishes the roof standing above. One crew, one standard, from our press floor at Gladstone Industrial Park to your ridge line.

Most truss companies stop at the yard gate. Ours rides with the load — because the hands that press a truss should be the hands that set it, and the crew that sets it should finish the roof.

The Load Path
How a roof travels.
Follow one truss from the press floor to the ridge. Every stage below is ours — no subcontracted gap where quality can slip through.
ST.01 — THE PRESS01 / 04
ST.01 — The Press
Pressed, not nailed together.
Every Overtime truss is fabricated in-house on an engineered press. Galvanized gusset plates are machine-pressed into the lumber at each joint — the connection your roof's whole life hangs on — cut and assembled to the span, pitch, and load of your drawings.

ST.02 — The Yard
Framed flat, checked twice.
Trusses come off the press and are laid out, squared, and staged in our Gladstone Industrial Park yard. What leaves on the truck is a finished structural component — not a kit for someone else to figure out on site.

ST.03 — The Crossing
Our trucks. Our crane. Any island.
Overtime hauls its own loads on its own flatbeds and roll-offs, and sets them with its own crane truck. Nassau job or a barge crossing to Andros, Abaco, Eleuthera, or Exuma — the schedule never waits on a rental.

ST.04 — The Peak
Set, braced, sheathed, covered.
The same crew that pressed your trusses cranes them into place, braces the frame, sheathes it, and carries the roof through to its finished covering. When Overtime leaves, the roof is done — not "ready for the next trade."

Truss Manufacturing
The truss works.
Fabrication is where a roof is actually won or lost — years before the first leak would ever show.
Founded to give local contractors a truss partner who could keep up with them, Overtime now presses roofs for builders, homeowners, and businesses across the Bahamas. And if your trusses were fabricated elsewhere? We'll install those too — properly.
TW.01FabricationCommon, hip, girder, and custom-span trusses, machine-pressed in-house to your engineer's drawings.
TW.02InstallationCrane set, plumbed, and permanently braced by the crew that built them — or install-only service for trusses from any other fabricator.
TW.03Contractor supplyVolume fabrication and reliable delivery windows for local builders who pitch their own roofs.
TW.04Stick framingWhere a truss isn't the right answer, we frame conventionally — like the stick-framed metal roof we cut in at Sandy Point, Abaco.
Roof Construction
Any shape. Any covering.
New roofs, re-shingling, and repairs on every roof form built in the Bahamas — hips, gables, turrets, and everything a Family Island architect can dream up.
Structure is only half the roof. Overtime carries the job through underlayment and covering, matched to your building, your budget, and forty years of hurricane seasons.

Consulting & Correction
Call the roof doctor.
Bad roof work isn't a life sentence. It's a diagnosis waiting to happen.
Before you build — or after someone else's work has let you down — Overtime consults on roof design, inspects what's over your head, traces stubborn leaks to their true source, and corrects botched work properly, down to the structure if that's what it takes.
"We fix the roofs other people gave up on. Twenty-plus years of pressing our own trusses teaches you exactly where a roof goes wrong — and exactly how to put it right."
Glen Thompson — Founder & CEO, approved builder since 1998
Plant & Fleet
Nothing waits on a rental.
Press, yard, flatbeds, roll-offs, crane truck, excavator — the whole chain is Overtime's, which is why our schedule holds when others slip.
